I got this headset because my old one broke. I have been using it for about a month now. People tell me sometimes they can't hear me. I just have to position the mic right. It took me about 3 tries to get used to putting it on but once it is on it stays on. I really like the retractable feature on it. Like I like to lie in bed talking on the phone and i can adjust the line so it doesn't get too messy when i toss and turn...turning out to be good for me now.
